Living my dream every day as a part of Better Future India is what I am today. The seed which grew in me from the Future Leaders program in 2007 is taking shape in the form of successful leadership programs we conduct at different levels. I believe in the ability of everyone around me. I believe that it’s not just you and me but all the people around us who can change our lives for the better. By acting as a bridge between the corporate world and the social sector, I believe that through Better Future India, I am building a bond which is meaningful, powerful , efficient and above all, sustainable.

I may not be the perfect example of a leader, but I see perfect examples every day in my life when I meet men and women working in their villages and slums trying to improve the lives and creating real social impact. I may not be the perfect example of a leader, but I get to works towards it every day by working with corporate leaders, young future leaders and social entrepreneurs. I know for sure, that I am going nowhere. I am here to stay and continue to inspire many leaders across the world.

Listening to real simple stories of leaders and helping them to move on to next level is what helps make life amazing, this is what keeps me going every single day! I work on creating a good future in the NOW !
