In this fast changing society, young leaders have the need for specific guidance that suits their perspective and experiences. We connect, inspire, empower and activate young leaders to create sustainable change in themselves, their organisation and the wider world.
To us, future leaders are young, passionate people who want to make a difference in this world. We distinguish three target groups between the age of 20 and 35:
1. Young leaders/entrepreneurs
2. High potentials and trainees
3. Adolescents and students
We moreover work with current leaders who work with these young talents – intergenerational learning as a source of transformation.
As specialists in working with young leaders, we create learning environments for sustainable change. We aim to create masters of awareness: young people who are aware of themselves and the world around them. We work with young talents on enabling insights and transforming these into tangible action. Our philosophy is ‘meaningful learning through experience’; our trajectories always take place in the real world. You learn by doing, you work on yourself and are of meaning to others.
